A must have

I have long thick hair and this is a necessity to prevent the drain from clogging.

Awesome

Has saved us a lot of money in shower /bath tub drain cleaning. Money well spent.
Only problem is getting it clean. Dishwasher doesn't work. You are better to
toss it out and get a new TubShroom.

Did Not Work For Me

I was really excited to try this because I know that it works for many people. However, it didn't work for me because I have fine, curly hair. The holes around the cylinder are way too big, and hair goes down the drain anyway. If they design one with smaller holes, and more smaller holes so that the water can still move through (I understand that the holes are there so the water flows through), I would be the first to line up for it.

water don't go down

I put it in my shower, but the holes are too small and the water goes down too slow. Will try a few times to see If it works.

This did work as advertised.

What was downplayed was the fact that you needed to clean it at least twice a week for a two person household and its apparent flimsiness. Only time will tell how long it lasts. The previous device at a comparable cost lasted only a year.
